The staff really went above and beyond. I had a couple of questions during my stay and they were super helpful and friendly, even spent time chatting with me to make sure I got what I needed.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable for the experience.

Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, and the full-size fridge was a plus. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room layout was accommodating for my needs. However, the lack of kitchen utensils and some maintenance issues slightly detracted from the overall experience.

the room was shockingly basic, with no kitchen supplies despite having a kitchenette. check-in was a disaster, arriving at 3pm and needed to wait an hour without being informed. i was expecting a room upgrade for my troubles, but instead got ignored. i almost wrote a nice review, but then i just couldn't!

Consider bringing some cooking supplies if you plan to use the kitchenette. there aren't many available in the room.

Inconsistent service at the front desk!!! Problems with slow drains and plugged toilets!!! Lack of kitchen supplies makes the advertised kitchen area misleading!!! Maintenance issues need addressing to enhance guest satisfaction!!!

The hotel ambiance was pleasant and clean upon arrival.

I was disappointed to find the kitchenette in our room completely bare. It would’ve been helpful to know that we needed to bring our own supplies, as this was unexpected. Additionally, the noise from the lobby and elevator was disruptive during our stay and made it difficult to relax.

The hotel had a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds and large full-size fridge, making it user-friendly for seniors. The staff were remarkably friendly, always offering assistance and advice during my stay, ensuring a pleasant experience.

More kitchen supplies would enhance the stay.
